TARIFFS

We've provided information to help you make informed decisions and reduce tariffs. But...you should complete your own research to ensure you understand the rules yourself, particularly as tariffs keep changing.

Payment of tariffs and taxes depends on two main factors:

a) The product's Country of Origin - this depends on the brand and is given on each product page

b) De minimis levels, which consider the value of the order

UK customers will pay no customs tariff charges. VAT is already included in the price.

US customers should not pay tariffs on orders below the de minimis level of $800, except on goods of Chinese origin.

Australian customers should not pay customs tariff charges or import taxes on orders below A$1000.

Canadian customers should not pay customs tariff charges or import taxes on orders below 20CAD. Goods of US origin are subject to 25% customs tariffs (as at 4th March 2025)

EU customers should not pay customs tariff charges on orders below €150, or on products of any value manufactured in the EU, UK, or another country with which there is a free trade agreement (eg Colombia, Mexico). Import tax will be charged on the full value of the order. Taxes and duties are calculated and paid at the checkout for customers in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland
