FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT

You can obtain a unique discount code for your personal use by subscribing to VOCLA newsletters and/or SMS deals. This discount code is unique and is a one-time use on your first order. You will need to register for an account before using the code. Therefore, the system can determine that this is your first order.

In addition, by subscribing to the newsletter and/or SMS deals, you will receive sales information, offers, and exclusive discount codes. If you want to receive birthday offers, you can opt to add your date of birth.

You can sign up using the form in the website footer or by completing the subscription form within your customer account.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribe either at the bottom of any newsletter or by contacting us, in line with our privacy policy.

The discount code is valid for 90 days.

If we determine that this is not your first order, you will be invoiced for the value of the discount, or the order may be cancelled.

OTHER DISCOUNT CODES

We often send discount codes through our newsletters or parcel leaflets, so keep an eye out for these. Some of these discount codes are specific to you and are only valid for use on your account.

We occasionally advertise discount codes and deals on social media, so be sure to follow us.

DISCOUNT CODE TERMS

The terms of discount codes, per our terms and conditions, are as follows:

• Discount codes cannot be combined; each order is eligible for only one discount code.
• Discount codes do not apply to the following, unless explicitly stated otherwise:
  • Postage and packaging charges
  • Sale Goods
  • Discounted Goods
  • Bundled Goods
  • Gift cards
  • VA CLUB underwear subscriptions
  • Customs duty, tariffs, or other associated fees.
• VOCLA® may reject the use of or remove the availability of a discount code at any time and for any reason.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout; We are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively after payment has been taken.
• Where a discount code has an expiry date and time, the time refers to Greenwich Meridian Time, a London time zone.
• Where a transaction has been affiliated with a cashback website (ie you clicked from a cashback website to the VOCLA.com website), and you use a discount code, any cashback will be rejected. You cannot use a discount code and still receive cashback.
• Any other terms, such as discount codes applying to specific categories or products, will be detailed with the discount code.
• Where a discount code offers an amount off when spending a minimum or qualifying amount, if you return items, taking the value of the goods that you keep to below the minimum amount to qualify for the discount code, the value of the discount code will be deducted from the refund for returned items.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

VOCLA offers a price match guarantee where you can request a refund of the price difference, within two weeks of placing an order, with the following terms:

• The guarantee is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase.
• We price match the exact same product and the same variant (ie size and colour). We do not price match a 'similar' product or the same product in a different colour or size, because this would not be a 'match'.
• The guarantee is not available if the other retailer does not have your item available in the same variants (eg size and colour), because you would not have been able to purchase the item.
• The item needs to be available and visible on the website of another UK-based, authorised brand retailer. The retailer should be authorised so that we know the product is legit and not a fake. On another retailer's website, so that we can see their price. At a UK-based retailer, because products sometimes have regional pricing.
• We price match the full cost to receive the product; therefore, the price match calculation includes taxes, customs duties, shipping charges and any other fees that would be incurred in getting the product to you. We take into consideration any discount code that you used on your order.
• Refunds are made against your order, to the same payment method used to place the order.
• We price match to the full price of items, not items on sale or a special offer. We do not take into consideration any discount codes, loyalty points or similar that you could have used on the other retailer's website.
