    Choose briefs, boxers, thongs or jockstraps—or select a two-pair mixed-style box.

  • 2. TELL US YOUR WAIST MEASUREMENT

    Underwear sizing varies between brands. Tell us your waist measurement in inches, and we’ll select the most suitable size from each brand.

  • 3. CHOOSE YOUR QUANTITY & FREQUENCY

    Choose one or two pairs per box and receive them monthly, every two months or quarterly.

FAQs

WHAT BRANDS AND PRODUCTS MIGHT I RECEIVE?

Each box contains authentic designer underwear from brands currently sold by VOCLA. The products will match the subscription style you selected, but the brands, designs, colours, fabrics and product features will vary.

The contents are chosen for you, so you cannot request or exclude particular brands, products, colours or fabrics. If you have a fabric allergy or sensitivity, the subscription may not be suitable for you.

HOW DO I MANAGE OR CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can manage your subscription through the secure online subscription portal. From there, you can change your underwear style, waist measurement, quantity, delivery frequency, next payment date, payment method or delivery address.

The subscription portal is separate from your normal VOCLA customer account. You can access it using the link in your subscription emails or request a secure login link using the email address connected to your subscription.

Make any changes before your next scheduled payment so they apply to the following box.

CAN I SKIP, PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can skip an upcoming box or pause your subscription at any time through the online subscription portal.

Subscriptions can be cancelled after you have received your first two boxes. There is no cancellation fee. Make sure you cancel before the next scheduled payment, as an order cannot normally be cancelled once payment has been processed.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged for your first box when you place your order. Future payments will then be taken automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected: monthly, every two months or quarterly.

We’ll email you before each recurring payment. You can change your next payment date or update your payment method through the subscription portal.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

VA CLUB subscriptions are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Subscriptions are not currently available for delivery to other countries.

For your first subscription, select the preferred delivery service at checkout. Recurring subscriptions are dispatched with the free service. You can change the service within your subscription portal or by contacting us.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Orders are shipped within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail
  • Free delivery is available for all UK subscriptions
  • We use discreet, unbranded packaging
  • We dispatch within 1 working day of your payment
  • We can only dispatch on a working day (Mon-Fri)

We offer a simplified delivery and shipping rate structure for subscriptions, which is also cheaper, as we are able to send subscription boxes as smaller parcels.

WHEN WILL MY BOX BE DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED?

Your first box will be prepared after you place your subscription order. Future boxes will be prepared after each scheduled payment has been successfully processed.

We’ll send you an email when your box has been dispatched. The delivery estimate and any available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Your order will arrive in discreet, letterbox-friendly packaging wherever the size of the contents allows. You do not normally need to be at home to receive it.

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

Tell us your actual waist measurement in inches when you subscribe. Underwear sizing varies considerably between brands, so we use your measurement to select the most suitable manufacturer’s size for every product included in your box.

Please provide your waist measurement rather than simply choosing your usual Small, Medium or Large. You can update your measurement through the subscription portal if your size changes.

CAN I RETURN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Because each VA CLUB box is selected specifically for the subscriber, subscription products cannot normally be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CAN THE PRICE INCREASE?

We review the prices of the subscription boxes and delivery charges once a year. If they are due to increase for existing subscriptions, we will provide a 30-day notice.
