• Complain to Trading Standards to have any goods using our trademarks or similar trademarks seized and destroyed, without warning to yourself.
• Take legal action to have goods seized and to seek compensation for damages to our brands and reputation.
• Take any other action that we deem necessary to stop breaches and seek compensation.

• Reporting the fake products to UK and other international Trading Standards bodies
• Reporting the breach to the brand owner so they can take action against the marketplace and/or platform and/or yourself

Fake products are a sub-standard quality and we do not wish the reputation of the real brand owners to be tarnished.
