This policy applies to VOCLA Limited, whose registered office is Unit 2, Tilson Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Manchester, M23 9GF, United Kingdom, and whose company registration number is 07910951, registered with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.

VOCLA® is an authorised brand retailer, offering a guarantee that products are authentic. We have spent over a decade building and fine-tuning our business and products, as have the brands that we supply, at great cost and time. We do not appreciate breaches of our copyright or trademark rights, nor breaches of the rights of those with whom we hold relationships. We therefore reserve the right to take any action to stop breaches. Our trademark and copyright rights are legally registered.

TRADEMARKS

VOCLA Limited holds the following trademarks:

  • The word VOCLA
  • The VOCLA logo
  • An alternative VOCLA logo
  • The VA logo
  • The phrase 'VA'
  • The word VA Club
  • The VA Club logo

All these trademarks are registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office under classifications 25, 35 and 42.

Under no circumstances may any person, company, organisation or other entity use any of these trademarks without the express written consent of VOCLA Limited. Consent can be obtained by e-mail. 

Our policy is to object to every logo or word that is similar to a trademark of ours, raising opposition through the UK Intellectual Property Office.

We reserve the right to:

  • Complain to any marketplace or e-commerce platform on which you use our trademarks and have the content or products with trademark breach removed, without any warning to you.
  • Complain to Trading Standards to have any goods using our trademarks or similar trademarks seized and destroyed, without warning to you.
  • Take legal action to have goods seized and to seek compensation for damages to our brands and reputation.
  • Take any other action that we deem necessary to stop breaches and seek compensation.

  • Complain to other entities and request action to be taken; for example, if you copy a product description, we will request the brand to ask you to change it or face removal of your authorisation to sell those branded products.

If we find content that you have copied from any of the brands, suppliers or other entities with whom we hold a relationship, we will also inform them of this breach.

FAKE PRODUCTS

VOCLA guarantees that every product sold on our website is authorised by the brand owner.

If we find fake branded products, which are copies of products designed, marketed and sold by the brands with whom we hold a relationship, which you are selling on or in any e-commerce platform, marketplace, other platform or physical store, we will consider the following:

  • Reporting this breach to the marketplace and/or platform which you use, with a request for removal
  • Reporting the fake products to UK and other international Trading Standards bodies
  • Reporting the breach to the brand owner so they can take action against the marketplace and/or platform and/or yourself

Fake products are of sub-standard quality, and we do not wish the reputation of the real brand owners to be tarnished.
