Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may take an extra working day. Only tracked services are offered to these regions to track the parcel through customs and border control.

We try to fit products into a 'large letter' format, so you may find that products are repackaged to make them flatter, or orders are split into two large letter boxes. This allows the Royal Mail to post them through your letterbox, reducing the number of redelivery requests or collections from a Royal Mail sorting office. Nobody wants to go to a sorting office to collect items, certainly not at Christmas! However, this is not possible where an order includes bulky products.
