Shipping Charges:

  • AUSTRALIA: AU$15, Tracked Australia Post, estimated 5-8 working days
  • NEW ZEALAND: NZ$20, Tracked New Zealand Post, estimated 5-10 working days

Shipping Process - We offer International Tracked shipping delivered by your local postal provider. Orders are shipped from the UK. We dispatch parcels with the Royal Mail, who process the parcel onto a plane at Heathrow airport within 24 hours. Once the parcel clears customs, it is passed to your local postal provider.

Same Day Dispatch - Orders placed before 3pm GMT are dispatched the same day on each working day. 

Timescales - The estimated timescale represents the number of working days after dispatch. This does not include customs clearance delays or events such as postal strikes.

Tracking - You will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your junk mail folder if you haven't received it. Tracking details are also available in the order history of your customer account. While Customs has the parcel, no tracking information will be updated. This is normal; the parcel is not lost. When Customs clears the parcel and passes it to Australia or NZ Post, tracking will start on their website.

Restrictions - Orders cannot exceed AU$1000 (due to customs restrictions) or exceed 2kg in weight. We will split orders that exceed these restrictions into two separate parcels.

Lost Parcels - Parcels are not considered lost until 20 working days after dispatch. This provides Customs and Border Protection enough time to process delayed parcels. 

TARIFFS & TAXES

As parcels are restricted to AU$1000, and because we split orders over this value, you should not be charged import taxes or customs duties.

The products sold to Australian/New Zealand customers are sold excluding taxes. We have discounted the price to reflect that customers do not pay UK VAT. However, Customs and Border Protection may charge you or the recipient import taxes and/or customs duties. VOCLA is not responsible for these charges. 

Australian customers should be charged the following on delivery, where the order value exceeds $1000:

  • IMPORT TAX - at the Australian rate of Goods Sales Tax (ie 10%) for orders over $1000
  • CUSTOMS DUTIES - usually 12% for clothing products, on orders over $1000.
