At VOCLA, we aim to offer the best prices available for the brands we stock. For additional peace of mind, we offer a simple Price Match Guarantee.

If you find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere, we will refund the difference in the total price paid.

How It Works

  • The product must be identical to the one purchased from VOCLA.
  • This includes the same brand, style, colour and size.
  • The lower price must be available from another online UK-based authorised retailer.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
  • If these conditions are met, we will refund the difference in the total price paid.

How We Calculate a Price Match

When reviewing a price match request, we compare the total cost to receive the product from the competing retailer.

This includes:

  • The product price
  • Shipping charges
  • Taxes (such as VAT, import or sales tax)
  • Customs duties or import charges
  • Any other mandatory fees required to receive the product

If a discount code or promotion was used on your VOCLA order, this will also be taken into account when calculating the price difference.

The comparison is based on the final total price payable by the customer, not just the advertised product price.

What Cannot Be Matched?

We cannot price match:

  • Similar or comparable products
  • The same product in a different colour or size
  • Clearance stock, liquidation stock, or limited-time promotions
  • Prices from products that are out of stock or unavailable to order
  • Products sold by third-party marketplace sellers, including Amazon and eBay
  • Listings from retailers that are not authorised to sell the brand
  • Listings from retailers outside the UK
  • Products sold offline, as we are unable to verify the pricing
  • Prices that require membership, bundles, or special promotions

How to Request a Price Match

Simply contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A link to the lower price
  • The retailer where the product is listed

Once verified, we will refund the price difference.
