Orders are shipped from the UK.

Same Day Dispatch - Orders placed before 3pm GMT are dispatched the same day on each working day. 

Timescales - In October 2025, all US parcels arrived within a week. The estimated timescale represents the number of working days after dispatch. This does not include customs clearance delays or events such as postal strikes.

Tracking - You will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your junk mail folder if you haven't received it. Tracking details are also available in the order history of your customer account. While Customs and Border Protection has the parcel, the tracking will not show information. This is normal; the parcel is not lost. When Customs clear the parcel and passes it to USPS, tracking will start on their website, usually showing an estimated delivery date. 

Parcels over 2kg - Shipping services allow parcels up to 2kg in weight. If your order exceeds this, we will split it into two parcels.

Lost Parcels - Parcels are not considered lost until 20 working days after dispatch. This provides US Customs and Border Protection enough time to process delayed parcels. 

TARIFFS

The payment at checkout is the full cost to purchase and receive the goods, including shipping fees, all charges and tariffs. You won't need to pay any tariffs or charges when receiving the parcel.

Tariffs are added to your order at checkout. We pay these, with clearance fees, to our courier who pre-clears the parcel and pays the tariffs to Customs and Border Protection.

The tariffs you pay depend on the product's country of origin (manufacture). This is shown on every product page, within the 'Product Data' section, allowing you to plan to reduce tariffs. Tariff rates for the countries where our products are manufactured are:

• Australia: 10% (aussieBum)
• Colombia: 10% (PUMP!)
• UK: 10% (SUKREW)
• EU: 15% (Modus Vivendi, TOF Paris, Alexander COBB, Barcode Berlin, CODE22, Locker Gear)
  
• Thailand: 19% (Andrew Christian)
  
• China: 30% (2eros, Blak, Breedwell, CellBlock13, Supawear, Timoteo)
  

If you return items, the tariffs charged on those returns cannot be refunded by VOCLA as they have been paid to the US government. Therefore, you need to apply for a refund from your local US tax office, providing evidence of the original purchase and the return (eg, proof of original payment, order confirmation, refund confirmation, and proof of postage for returns). We can provide any necessary documents that we hold. Please ask, we've done this for years for our EU customers and are willing to help.
