• Dispatched from: United Kingdom.
• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 10am EST/11am EDT on business days are dispatched the same day.
• Shipping provider: Royal Mail. Final delivery is with USPS.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch. Estimates exclude customs clearance delays and extraordinary events.
• Tracking: Sent by email after dispatch and available in your customer account. Tracking may pause while your parcel clears customs. This is normal.
• Delivery addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders or similar collection or forwarding services.
• Packaging: Discreet and unbranded.

• Returns period: 60 days after delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Trying on products: Please try underwear and swimwear on over clean underwear. Products must be free from fragrance, deodorant, smoke and other scents.
• Non-returnable items: VA Club subscriptions, mystery underwear, gift cards, gift wrap, used products, and any products marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Reason for return: No explanation is required.
• Return authorisation: Not required, although you're welcome to contact us first if you wish.
• Return costs: Return postage is your responsibility.
• Return courier: You may use any courier or postal service.

• Refunds: We refund the price paid for the products to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
