• Dispatched from: United Kingdom.
• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 10am EST/11am EDT on business days are dispatched the same day.
• Shipping provider: Royal Mail. Final delivery is with USPS.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch. Estimates exclude customs clearance delays and extraordinary events.
• Tracking: Sent by email after dispatch and available in your customer account. Tracking may pause while your parcel clears customs. This is normal.
• Delivery addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders or similar collection or forwarding services.
• Packaging: Discreet and unbranded.

• Your parcel is delivered directly to your address without Customs requesting payment before delivery.

• For Chinese goods, an additional rate of 7.5% is applied.

• Discounted 'Shop the Look' Bundles: If you return part of a discounted bundle, the discount will no longer apply, and the items you keep will revert to their full individual selling prices. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly. For size, item or colour changes, please return the complete bundle and place a new order.
• Returns period: 60 days after delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Trying on products: Please try underwear and swimwear on over clean underwear. Products must be free from fragrance, deodorant, smoke and other scents.
• Reason for return: No explanation is required.
• Return authorisation: Not required, although you're welcome to contact us first if you wish.
• Return costs: Return postage is your responsibility.
• Return courier: You may use any courier or postal service.
• Return address: VOCLA, Manchester, UK.
• Refunds: We refund the price paid for the products to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
• Refund times: We usually process refunds within a few business days of receiving your return.
• Customs duties: Any customs duties paid must be reclaimed from your local customs or tax authority, as these are government charges and cannot be refunded by VOCLA.
