• Reason for return: No explanation is required.
• Return authorisation: Not required, although you're welcome to contact us first if you wish.
• Return costs: Return postage is your responsibility.
• Return courier: You may use any postal service or courier.
• Royal Mail tracked returns: You can create and print a pre-paid label on their returns portal or at a Post Office. We deduct £4 from your refund if you use this service.

• Refunds: We refund the price paid for the products to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
