The Modus Vivendi Peace edit offers a range of styles with a fresh look, and quality construction, in soft ribbed recycled cotton. Designed for comfort, the Peace Brazil cut boxer underwear is available in a wide range of colours that will ultimately give you a welcome pop of colour in your underwear drawers.

This Modus Vivendi Peace boxer is a Brazil-cut square-shaped underwear trunk with an elasticated covered waistband for a flexible fit. The boxer has a small MV logo below the waistband. The waistband is also low-rise, for a modern and comfortable fit. Furthermore, the pouch has a vertical seam, contoured, to provide a little extra lift and definition.

The Modus Vivendi Peace Brazil cut boxers are made with soft stretch ribbed cotton. This cotton is high-quality, super soft, and also elasticated for the utmost all-day comfort. Therefore, great for everyday wear. This cotton is also an eco-fabric, made from recycled yarns, part of the Modus Vivendi sustainable menswear range.

The Peace Brazil-cut boxer underwear is made in Greece, at the Modus Vivendi design house, to guarantee excellent quality and tailoring.

VOCLA operates a ‘landed cost’ or 'delivered duty paid' service for delivery to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland.

If you are located in one of the above EU countries, your VAT or sales tax equivalent will be included in the price displayed on our website. Any customs duties/tariffs will be added at the checkout.

VOCLA then dispatches your parcel with ‘delivered duty paid’ terms. We pay your duties and taxes to our courier, who pays them to the EU when the parcel arrives in your country.

This system has several benefits:

• Your parcel should clear through customs faster, allowing for quicker overall delivery
• You won’t be charged a handling fee by VOCLA or by the courier delivering the parcel
• You can see your order's total ‘landed cost’ directly on our checkout. You should not be charged extra amounts upon delivery
• The courier can deliver the parcel to your home, rather than to a local post office
• You will no longer need to attend a post office or make a phone call to pay duties/taxes, so it is much more convenient

However, there is one disadvantage. If you need to return items, VOCLA is unable to refund the duties/taxes paid on the returned items. This is because the duties/taxes have been paid to your tax office. You will need to request a refund from your tax office.

Euro prices on our website are discounted to reflect that no UK VAT is included.

The calculation of duties/tariffs depends on several factors:

• Customs thresholds – EU countries have a threshold of €150, so you will not be charged customs duties on orders below €150. If your order is larger in value, you may wish to split the order into two to save on customs duties
• Country of origin – we dispatch goods from the UK, but the products are manufactured in different countries. The original country of manufacture is given on product pages in the ‘Customs & Tariffs’ tab. If the country is one with which your country holds a free trade agreement, you should not be charged customs duties. For example, the EU has free trade agreements with the UK and other EU countries. Therefore, EU customers should not be charged customs duties on any brand manufactured in those countries.
