  • Non-returnable items: VA Club subscriptions, mystery underwear, gift cards, gift wrap, used products, and any products marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Reason for return: No explanation is required.
  • Return authorisation: Not required, although you're welcome to contact us first if you wish.
  • Return costs: Return postage is your responsibility.
  • Return courier: You may use any courier or postal service.

  • Refunds: We refund the product price excluding any import tax, customs duties or tariffs to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded. We do not charge restocking fees.
