• Dispatched from: Manchester, UK.
• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm GMT on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Delivery services: Economy, Tracked, Express, InPost Locker and Shop Collection, and Click & Collect.
• Estimated delivery: Varies by service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude extraordinary events such as postal strikes.
• Tracking: Sent by email after dispatch and available in your customer account.
• Packaging: Discreet and unbranded.
• Letterbox delivery: Where possible, orders are packed as Royal Mail Large Letters to fit through your letterbox.
• Large orders: Orders exceeding Royal Mail's maximum parcel weight are split into multiple parcels at no extra cost.

• Returns period: UK orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. International orders may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused and unworn, with all original manufacturer, branded, barcode and product-identification tags attached, and returned with their original product packaging.
• Trying on products: Please try underwear and swimwear on over clean underwear. Products must be free from fragrance, deodorant, smoke, marks and other signs of wear.
• Product tags: Please do not remove product tags if you may wish to return an item. Removing or losing manufacturer tags can substantially reduce the value of a product and may prevent it from being resold as new.
• Product packaging: Please take reasonable care of manufacturer and retail packaging. Do not unnecessarily cut, tear, write on, tape or otherwise damage packaging where it can be opened normally. This does not refer to the outer postal or courier packaging.
• Reason for return: No explanation is required for a standard return.
• Return authorisation: Not required, although you are welcome to contact us before returning an item.
• Return costs: You are normally responsible for return postage. Different arrangements apply where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
• Return courier: You may use any suitable postal service or courier.
• Return address: VOCLA Limited, Unit 2, Tilson Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Manchester, M23 9GF, United Kingdom.
• Refunds: We refund amounts due to your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, the cost of our standard delivery service will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.
• Diminished value: If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
• Royal Mail Tracked Returns: A prepaid return service is available. £4 is deducted from your refund when this service is used, except where we have agreed to cover the return cost, for example where goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
• Special terms: Additional conditions apply to promotional gifts and Shop the Look bundles.
